I have an incredible respect for any and all of our first responders and am immensely honored when I have the opportunity to rub shoulders with any one of them. I met Nick when he attended a special service that our church had honoring first responders. I discovered then that he and his sweet wife Sandra were expecting their first baby, but rather than one, it was twins! He beamed telling me about the anticipation of being the daddy of a girl AND a boy! As we chatted, he became excited about scheduling the twins’ newborn session. When the session finally arrived, it was such a delight to meet Sandra for the first time. Both Nick and Sandra were incredibly easy to connect with and were so very sweet.
When we got started with the session, little Audrey and Lucas were absolutely amazing throughout the entire session! They were so content to snuggle up next to one another and allowed me to pose them and get some fantastic shots for their mommy and daddy!
Shortly after they arrived for their newborn session, Sandra requested that we get a shot of the twins with their daddy’s uniform, and so I really enjoyed creating a set up for them with this!
I already felt this way before, but was reminded that I absolutely LOVE working with twins! There is a calmness that is present when they have one another to snuggle with that aids in posing them and giving their parents some amazing images to treasure for always!
